Free Parking: There is plenty of street parking in the area with 2-4 hour restrictions. On weekdays after 6pm and on weekends parking outside the clinic on Coventry Street is free.
Paid parking: There is parking available right outside the clinic during the Weekdays 9am-6pm.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. New clients will be asked to fill out a new patient form.
Arriving Late: If you arrive late, your appointment will finish at its scheduled end time.
PAYMENTS
Please be advised we accept payment by cash, PayID and all major cards except AMEX.
Online claim rebates with your private health fund is available via emailed receipts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice for change of appointment or cancellation. Cancellations/no show without notice or less than 24 hrs will incur a cancellation fee of $65.
