About Us

Meet Mel

Mel has been working with her patients to rebuild their muscular, nerve and joint health since 2008.

Her passion for health and well-being began in her early years of high school, when she embarked on gym training at 15 and started researching healthy lifestyles, nourishing foods & mindset, along with studying health and human development. As a very active individual, physical well-being and mental health was her priority and it flows on to impact her patients, family and friends.

In 2010 she graduated from The Southern School of Natural Therapies with a Bachelor of Health Science – Clinical Myotherapy. This is where all her previous and newfound knowledge and passion for health and fitness came together.

It was here where she has acquired the skills that now help her patients who suffer from acute and chronic pain.

Meet Josie

Josie graduated from Endeavour College of Natural Health with a Bachelor of Health Science – Myotherapy back in July 2018.

She loves everything natural health, alternative and complementary medicine and believes that engaging/participating in these modalities leads to a healthy body and mind.

Josie’s hobbies include healthy eating, house plants, skincare & hair care.

At the moment her ambition is to hone in on the skills she currently has and take on new skills to develop her growth as a Myotherapist.

“I take pride in my work & what I do. Also knowing that I’m helping people get rid of their pain is very exciting and rewarding. Especially when they believe that this pain could be with them forever”.

Meet Inca

Inca has been working in the clinical myotherapy industry for 5 years now, ever since she was 4 months old. Her role is to greet patients and farewell them & she’s been doing an amazing job.

Inca enjoys her long morning and evening walks, training tricks such as high 10, shake, tap, wave and socializing with any animal- she even loves horses! She also does enjoy watching the world go by.

Inca is an anti-allergy breed, so she’s suitable to have in clinic. The other best thing with Inca being in the clinic is that she eases anxiety, brightens up your day & has the best chilled out temperament so with that, Patients love her.

Inca is looking forward to meeting you here at Mel&Co.
