Meet Mel

Mel has been working with all sorts of communities to rebuild their muscular, nerve and joint health since 2008.

In 2010 she graduated from The Southern School of Natural Therapies with a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy.

Her experience sits heavily with an array of patients suffering with chronic pain from all sorts of reasons & injuries from jobs and passions including Ballet dancer, Ballroom dancers, musicians, competing and elite level sportsman & sportswomen from gymnasts, body builders, soccer players, cross fitters, marathon runners, triathletes, cyclists and the list goes one. Not forgetting the community with aches and pains from posture & what life brings.

Her passion for health and well-being began in her very early years of high school, especially when she embarked on gym training at 15 with her father and personal trainers, to learn and develop her future skills she knew would be needed. Here is where it all started- the researching healthy lifestyles, creating nourishing foods for herself & maintain a healthy mindset, along with studying health science subjects, human development, CBT, Food technologies and Pilates.

As a very active individual, physical & mental health has always been her priority, which makes Mel really question why is there pain and what has happened for it to come about. Being a determined person & more so for her patients, this determination is directed and driven to sort out the answers and get it fixed.
